Fantastic $30 Map-Making Software Bundle Is a Virtual Tabletop GM's Dream
Following a short availability earlier this year, the Map Making Mega Bundle has returned for a limited time that lasts through early December. Hailed as a "treasure trove of assets and apps" created by ProFantasy Software throughout their history, the complete package carries a value of over $1,300. Primary Feature
The standout feature is definitely a lifetime license for Campaign Cartographer 3+, an industry-standard cartography program which enables users to generate various types including fantasy overworld maps, detailed regional charts, city maps, and most notably, dungeon and tabletop battle maps.

Entry Level
The cheapest bundle tier, at a minimum cost of $1, features merely four from the thirty-nine available products: Symbol Set 1: Fantasy Overland, Monster Token Pack 1, Source Maps: Castles!, and Source Maps: Cities!. This one's only for existing CC3+ users, yet it provides fresh fantasy design elements for landscape mapping, more than 750 monster tokens for use in virtual tabletops, over twenty-five aerial castle designs including hundreds of map markers, eight complete urban centers, plus seventy-plus building interiors.
Mid-Range Option
The eight-product collection for at least $15 is where things get more interesting through inclusion of a lifetime CC3+ license, Cartographer's Annual Vol 1, Tome of Ultimate Mapping, Isometric Cities Symbol Pack. Cartographer's Annual is the yearly bundle from ProFantasy's ongoing subscription program which includes multiple CC3+ enhancements like map collections and various other tools. The Isometric Cities enables present urban areas in 3D perspective with isometric views from all sides. Meanwhile, the Mapping Tome is a 760-page for beginners and "power users" alike, packed with guidance and instructions for the map-making process.

Every volume from the Annual series come with this bundle, plus numerous other resource and asset packs that can help users craft complete solar systems, or focus exclusively on traditional fantasy world-building: combat arenas, dungeons, urban centers, and continents from almost any perspective. Users can also create character illustrations. For $30 as opposed to $15, the full bundle is so worth it, especially for cartographers with temporary CC3+ access seeking permanent licensing. But it's obviously more advantageous for map-making newbies since it includes the beginners' tutorials to facilitate learning. The sole limitation is that while you can redeem the deal on any platform, the software is only usable with Windows systems.
Philanthropic Aspect
As with other Humble Bundles, part of every purchase goes to benefit a nonprofit. In this instance, that's Save the Children, an organization founded by Eglantyne Jebb in 1919 dedicated to enhancing children's welfare globally through education, health care, and emergency relief.
